Login Methods

Spinaconda supports three ways to sign in: through a desktop browser, a mobile browser on any smartphone or tablet, and the dedicated Android APK. All three routes use the same email and password credentials tied to your registered account, so your balance, bonus progress, and game history are always in sync.

On desktop, navigate to spinaconda.app and click the Sign In button in the top-right corner. Enter your registered email address and password, complete any 2FA prompt if you have that feature enabled, and you land directly in the game lobby. The session persists in your browser until you manually log out or the session token expires.

Logging In from a PC Browser

Type your email address in the first field and your password in the second. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app. Click the confirm button and you will be taken to the casino lobby.

Logging In from a Mobile Browser

On Android or iOS, open your preferred browser and navigate to spinaconda.app. The site scales automatically to your screen. Tap Sign In, enter your credentials, and proceed through the same login flow as on desktop. For faster repeat access, use the Android APK or add the iOS PWA shortcut to your home screen so the site opens like a native app.

Logging In via the Android App

Open the Spinaconda APK installed on your Android device. If it is your first launch, you will see the login form immediately. Enter your email and password, tap Sign In, and the app takes you to the lobby. The APK retains your session between visits unless you explicitly log out from the account menu.

Can’t Log In? Solutions to Common Problems

Most login issues fall into a handful of categories, each with a straightforward fix.

If you see an “incorrect password” error, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to trigger a reset email. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes. If the reset email does not arrive, contact [email protected] with your registered email address and account username.

If your account is temporarily locked following several failed attempts, this is an automatic security measure. Reach out to Spinaconda’s 24/7 live chat or email [email protected]. After verifying your identity (you may be asked to confirm details on your driver’s licence, passport, or provincial photo ID card), an agent can lift the lock.

If you can log in but cannot access certain games or the cashier, your account may need KYC verification.
